Description
CJC-1295 without DAC (also known as Modified GRF 1-29) acts as a Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone (GHRH) analog. It stimulates the pituitary gland to produce GH.
Ipamorelin is a growth hormone secretagogue (GHS) and a selective agonist of the ghrelin receptor. It also stimulates the pituitary, but through a different receptor pathway, which results in a distinct, pulsed release of GH.
Synergy: When used together, they amplify each other’s effects, leading to a significant increase in GH release without raising levels of other hormones like cortisol or prolactin, which helps to minimize potential side effects.
